Complaints Procedure

How to complain:

If you have a complaint about our services or website, please contact us through our website contact form or email us directly.

What we'll do:

We'll acknowledge your complaint within 7 days

We'll investigate the matter thoroughly and fairly

We'll respond with our findings and any actions we'll take

We aim to resolve complaints within 28 days

Our commitment:

We take all complaints seriously and use them to improve our services to members and the community.

If you're not satisfied:

If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Royal Naval Association headquarters in the UK.

Limitation:

This complaints procedure relates to services provided by the Royal Navy Association Japan branch and does not extend to matters outside our direct control.
